Bonner Springs Museum Donates Artifacts To Us

The Agriculture Hall of Fame at Bonner Springs has donated to us a wood burning kitchen stove, a spinning wheel, a yarn winder, and some lovely glassware.  They were downsizing and relinquishing some of their artifacts no longer appropriate for their needs.  We are delighted to have these interesting and unique items added to our museum.

Thanks to Ron Bickford, Carolyn and Dean Strohm and Linda Fagan for going to Bonner Springs and bringing these items to the museum for us.

Other Artifact Donors

Thanks to Kathy Kessinger, Glen Masters, Harlan Bevitt, Karen & John Pickett, and the Charles Bull family for recently donated items.

Audrey, Kenny, James and Maggie Clem unloaded the papers for us at our museum.  Thank you Clem Family for doing that big job for us.

John Picket, Dean Strohm and Dale Stout came to our aid and built us ample shelves to store these additional newspapers.  Thanks so much!!

A Special Thank You

All of our volunteers are special and very much appreciated, and we could not operate the museum without each of you.  There is one volunteer who is seldom recognized and gives more hours to the museum than anyone, and that is our president, Carolyn Strohm.  Since she agreed to serve as our president, some portion of her time nearly every day is freely given to do some task for the museum. The museum owes much of its success to her efforts and strong leadership.  Thank you for your dedication and caring so very much Carolyn.
